Trust
Finance apps make a lot of promises. Here's what Simplifund actually does, in plain English.
Stored on Supabase, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security means your data is only visible to you, never to other users and never to us by default.
We don't connect to your bank account. When you add one, we only store the bank name and the last 4 digits for labeling. No passwords, no transactions, no exceptions.
Conversations with Atlas (our AI coach) are processed by Anthropic, the company behind Claude. Anthropic does not train its models on customer data, and we don't either.
When you scan a receipt, we store the image in our secure storage and send it to Anthropic to extract the vendor, amount, and date. That's the whole AI step. Anthropic does not train on it.
Settings, Danger Zone, Delete Account. Your account, income, deductions, receipts, goals, and conversations are permanently removed. No "we keep a copy for 90 days" fine print.
